🧂 Ingredients (For 100 Cookies)
4 cups (900g) unsalted butter (softened)
4 cups (800g) brown sugar
2 cups (400g) white sugar
8 large eggs
2 tbsp vanilla extract
12 cups (1500g) all-purpose flour
2 tbsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
4–5 cups chocolate chips (or other mix-ins)
🧑🍳 Cooking Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
Cream butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until fluffy
Beat in eggs one at a time, then vanilla
In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt
Gradually combine dry ingredients into wet mixture
Stir in chocolate chips (or other mix-ins)
Scoop dough onto baking trays (about 1 tbsp per cookie)
Bake 10–12 minutes until golden brown
Cool on tray for 5 mins, then transfer to wire rack
Repeat until all dough is used (yields approx. 100 cookies)
