Practice full routine with music (2–3 repetitions)
Add intensity & tempo for cardio impact
Offer modifications for beginners or limited mobility
Lead cooldown dance with soft music
Guide through static stretching (hamstrings, shoulders, calves)
Encourage breathing and mindfulness (1–2 minutes)
Thank participants and ask for feedback
Provide class recap or “move of the day”
Invite to next session or online follow-up
Record attendance and note individual progress
